Records – If you wish to obtain a police report you may do so by coming to the Elkton Police Department at 100 Railroad Ave Elkton, MD 21921. You will be asked to pay Finance the fee associated with your request and bring your receipt prior to receiving the report.

Fee Schedule:

FEES

A police report can be obtained for $10.00. This includes the first 8 pages.

The Town of Elkton shall charge the following fees for reproducing public records:

Materials:

Large Reports: $0.35 per page after 8

Electronic Media: $20.00 (DVD or flashdrive)

Photographs: $3.00 per photo

Facilities; Personnel: $35.00 per hour (first 2 hours are free)

Waiver: The Town of Elkton may waive a fee(s) if the applicant requests a waiver of the fee(s) due to the applicant being financially unable to pay the fee(s), or the public interest would be served if a waiver of fee(s) was granted by the Town of Elkton.

Pay Parking Tickets

Where do I pay an Elkton parking ticket?
Citations can be paid at the Town of Elkton Finance Office (not the police department) located at – 100 Railroad Avenue, Elkton. Tickets must be paid by cash or check.
